The ceremony started with a speech from the Top Management Representative Mr. Mohd Norazif bin Ahmad Tamsis, Director of the Management Services Department. Next was a slide presentation delivered by Mrs. Junainah binti Abdullah, Head of the Corporate Division and 5S MPHS Coordinator. The ceremony continued with a question and answer session by Puan Kartin Haslinda from MPC. The ceremony ends at 10.40 am.
The 5S Parent Committee would like to thank the Top Management, all 5S Zone Leaders, 5S Zone Coordinators, 5S Internal Audit, 5S Training and Promotion JK and all MPHS members who have provided excellent cooperation throughout the audit process.
