The JMB/MC Appreciation Ceremony was held to celebrate and appreciate the efforts that have been made at the JMB/MC level for the benefit of the entire population and stakeholders in the stratified development area. The selection of award recipients is based on the Star Rating evaluation that was carried out last December 2021.
The focus of this scoring system is to measure the level of effectiveness of JMB/MC in managing and maintaining their respective areas based on the regulations that have been set under Act 757.
Based on the evaluation that has been carried out in 2021, it was found that almost all the development areas have shown an increase in stars which indicates that there has been an increase in the effectiveness of JMB/MC in the stratified development areas within the administrative area of ​​the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council.
The Appreciation Ceremony which took place at Resort World Awana, Genting Highlands on 17 June 2022 was officiated by the Honorable Mrs. Rodziah binti Ismail, Member of the Selangor State Government Meeting Council and Chairman of the Standing Committee on Housing, Urban Wellbeing & Entrepreneur Development. The ceremony was also attended by representatives of the National Housing Department, KPKT, the Selangor Property Housing Authority (LPHS) to jointly give appreciation to the celebrated JMB MC.

Best won by Pangsapuri Anggerik, Taman Bunga Raya. While Second Place was won by Bakawali Apartment, Bukit Sentosa and Third Place was won by Tanjung Apartment, Bukit Sentosa.
