The Hulu Selangor District Council expressed pride at the President's success in being awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (PHD) degree from the National University of Malaysia at the university's Convocation ceremony yesterday.
In the same ceremony he was also awarded with the "Graduate on Time" (GOT) Award and the Outstanding Thesis Award in addition to the Best Presentation Award.
Indeed, this success is expected to provide inspiration for all MDHS employees and to continue to gain knowledge and improve their competence and quality of service to the people.
