Congratulations to the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council for being officially declared a Municipal Council by His Majesty the Sultan of Selangor just now.
The Upper Selangor Municipal Council was approved for upgrading by the Cabinet on 24 February 2021 after meeting all the criteria for upgrading a municipality.
This upgrade gives considerable meaning to the development of a local authority (PBT) and all its citizens  better municipal services can be provided, more viable local socio-economic development can be produced, various complete basic infrastructures can be provided and the level of higher occupancy can be produced.
Congratulations also because MPHS is the first PBT to establish an endowment fund known as the MPHS Endowment Fund. This initiative is one of the strategies to promote sustainable development as well as support services that can benefit the people of MPHS administration.
Well done once again to MPHS and the entire Malaysian Family under the administration of MPHS.
