Honorable Visit of the Chairman of the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council to the PKNS Headquarters

HONORABLE VISIT BY THE PRESIDENT OF HULU SELANGOR MUNICIPAL COUNCIL TO PKNS HEADQUARTERS AND A DEVELOPMENT BRIEFING BETWEEN GAPI AND BERNAM JAYA BY SELANGOR STATE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (PKNS)

Mr. Yang Dipertua MDHS, Mr. Mohd Hasry Bin Nor Mohd paid a courtesy visit to PKNS Headquarters in Section 14, Shah Alam. The delegation was also accompanied by the MDHS Director and Head of Department. This is the third official meeting of the President with investors / developers of the Hulu Selangor District to hear any issues that arise in the implementation of development and to exchange views on further developing the Hulu Selangor District.

In the welcoming speech of the President; he saw that PKNS is the main developer in the Hulu Selangor District with an estimated 'land bank' area of ​​1000 acres in Antara Gapi and 6000 acres in Bernam Jaya. He is satisfied with the progress of development in Antara Gapi, but he hopes that PKNS can bring the same level of development in Bernam Jaya. He also thanked PKNS because apart from developing real estate, PKNS is also active and involved in community programs.

Next, the delegation was briefed on the development of Antara Gapi by YBrs Puan Lenny Liana Bt Kasmain; General Chairman of Inter-Gapi Development and Bernam Jaya development briefing by YBrs. Mr. Ir. Ts. Haji Ahmad Feruz B. Izharuddin; Bernam Jaya Development Project Director.

The tour ends with a momento exchange session. The MPHS has presented a Blue-throated barbet painting that was drawn by the participants of the Wings Of KKB: Selangor International Birds Fair 2019 drawing competition as a promotion of the annual Wings Of KKB: Selangor International Birds Fair program organized by the MPHS.
