Hulu Selangor Municipal Council Strata 1.0 Community Education Program 2022.

The 2022 MPHS Strata 1.0 Community Education Program was held to provide space for a briefing session and information sharing from MPHS internal technical departments to JMB/MC committee members and Management Agents.
It is hoped that this briefing session will provide a clearer understanding to the JMB/MC and management agents about the procedures and regulations involving Acts, Enactments and By-laws related to the local authorities and further avoid confusion of duties and powers that are feared to overlap between the JMB/MC and the local authorities.
The briefing session was delivered by representatives from the Solid Waste Management and Public Cleaning Department, the Enforcement Department, the Building Department and the Building Commissioner's Division of the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council.
This program was attended by a total of 70 participants consisting of JMB/MC committee members and representatives of appointed Management Agents.
The MPHS Building Commissioner Division hopes that this program can build a two-way relationship between the Council and the JMB/MC/Management Agent and subsequently succeed in improving the effectiveness of service delivery to the people, particularly to the strata community and to all residents in the Hulu Selangor district in general.
