The Hulu Selangor District Council Building Commissioner's Division (COB MPHS) has successfully held an Hulu Selangor Municipal Council Strata Community Education Webinar program 2021 online for the Hulu Selangor District Strata Management Committee on 27 October 2021.
This program was inaugurated by Mr. Yang Dipertua MPHS who is also the Building Commissioner, Mr. Mohd Hasry Bin Nor Mohd AMS This knowledge sharing session was delivered by an experienced guest speaker Mr. Inspector Mohammad 'Izzat bin Hj Hassan. This webinar focuses on the Enforcement of Bylaws contained in the Strata Regulations (Management and Maintenance 2015) and provides further understanding regarding the role and responsibilities of JMB/MC/Management Agents in solving problems closely related to non-compliance with the Bylaws has been outlined.
This program was attended by a total of 60 participants consisting of the management committee and JMB/MC staff and Management Agents. It is hoped that the implementation of this webinar program can benefit JMB/MC and Management Agents in order to improve the quality of management and maintenance in their respective strata residential areas and further ensure a comfortable and harmonious life in the strata community.
