IPD Hulu Selangor Townhall Discussion Program Year 2022
The Hulu Selangor District Police Headquarters has organized the 2022 Hulu Selangor IPD Townhall Discussion Program.
The program was held on 26 October 2022 at the Pertak National Youth Skills Institute Auditorium (IKBN) Kuala Kubu Bharu, Hulu Selangor
This session focuses on the issue of Safety and Community Development Shared Responsibility. Also present in this session are:

3. YBrs. Tuan Mohd Hasry Bin Nor Mohd (President of MPHS)
4. Mr. Shahadan Bin Zainal (Head of the Student Management Branch of IKBN Pertak Kuala Kubu Bharu)
5. Mr. Mohd Ghazali Bin Abdul Rahman
(Chief Officer of the District National Anti-Drug Agency)
6. Puan Shamsida Binti Hj Wahid (District Unity Officer)
7. Mr. Rosli Bin Sulaiman (Student Development Sector Deputy)
8. All Heads of Divisions, Police Chiefs and members of IPD Hulu Selangor
9. Mrs. Syahana bt. Shaharuddin (District Education Officer) - as moderator
The participants consisted of 200 people from SRS, KRT, MCPF, school principals, representatives of District community leaders and IKBN students.
The objectives of the program are,
1. Increase awareness and crime prevention at the community level
2. Provide a platform for dialogue for crime prevention, security, order, legislation and education.
3. A comprehensive, high-level engagement approach to address common social issues.
4. Explain the development carried out in conjunction with moving Hulu Selangor forward for the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council.
This program is held "face to face" with the concept of Problem Oriented Policing with the theme of Security and Community Development, Shared Responsibility.
A total of 12 questions were asked by the participants and answered by PDRM and other agencies present. The panelists also asked the community to continue to establish good relations with all agencies so that information can be channeled and immediate action taken for solutions.
The program went well and smoothly and got a very good response from all the participants. Programs like this should be continued at the district level to focus on crime and crime prevention in particular.
