MPHS today received a courtesy visit from the Selangor State Public Complaints Bureau Director, Mrs. Norsuhana Azman and Assistant Director, Mr. Izzwa Shahril Idris along with several BPA officials. The purpose of this visit is to further strengthen the cooperative relationship between BPA Selangor and MPHS.
In conjunction with this courtesy visit, a joint engagement session was held with the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council and the Selangor State Public Complaints Bureau. This session also discussed solutions and arising issues related to issues and complaints received by BPA involving MPHS as the responsible agency.
