The Afternoon Meeting of the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council (MPHS) with Hulu Selangor representatives was held on 19 January 2022 at Richiamo Coffee, Bukit Sentosa.
The meeting, which was held in a casual manner, was chaired by the Chairman of MPHS, Tuan Mohd Hasry Bin Nor Mohd and attended by Hulu Selangor Member of Parliament, YB June Leow Hsiad Hui (PKR), Kuala Kubu Bharu Assemblyman, YB Lee Kee Hiong (DAP) and YB Datuk Rosni Binti Sohar (BN). Also present in the discussion were several directors and department heads of MPHS.
This kind of relaxed afternoon program is held to discuss people's issues and exchange views in addition to bringing closer brotherhood between MPHS as a Local Authority (PBT) in this district together with representatives of the people in order to develop and advance this district.
Various issues were discussed and emphasized especially in the investment, economic, social and tourism sectors. In addition, the issue of people's complaints was also discussed and the Council took note and will take action according to the prescribed jurisdiction.
Mohd Hasry said", This is the first time a meeting has been held between MPHS and all Hulu Selangor representatives since MDHS was upgraded to a municipality. The commitment shown by all the people's representatives present today proves their concern for the people's issues and problems and want to ensure that the people of Hulu Selangor live in harmony and comfort.
