Enforcement members of the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council (MPHS) conducted monitoring and inspection of hawker permits around the Kalumpang morning / public market site last Thursday (January 6, 2022).
In the operation which was carried out at 8.30 in the morning, two (2) compounds were issued (E 2023 and E 2024) under Bylaw (UUK) 3, Hawkers Bylaw (MDHS) 2007 by operatives for hawking without MPHS authorization permit.
In addition, operatives also made a seizure of goods for sale (traditional medicines) sold by a hawker believed to be a non-citizen (foreigner).
The seized items have been taken to MPHS storage for further action.
