SELANGOR SMART BUS MONITORING TOUR

The Hulu Selangor Municipal Council has monitored the buses supplied for the Selangor Smart Bus service.
A reprimand has been made to the bus operator for some things that need to be improved by the bus operator. In addition, interviews were also conducted with bus passengers regarding the Selangor Smart Bus service that has been provided since 2016. There are several new suggestions that have been identified to be taken into account in the Selangor Smart Bus improvement proposal for the year 2024.
Monitoring is also done for passengers on the use of Scan to Ride throughout the use of the Selangor Smart Bus service. Scan to Ride is mandatory for all Selangor Smart Bus users except school students, senior citizens and Persons with Disabilities (OKU).
