On December 5, 2021 at the Midlands Convention Center, the Selangor Housing and Real Estate Board (LPHS) organized the Strata 2.0 Landscaping Farmers Workshop and the Selangor State Strata Landscaping Awards 2021.

This workshop was attended by the Joint Management Body (JMB) and the Management Corporation (MC) from all over the State of Selangor. The purpose of this workshop is to provide training on the strata cycle of compost fertilizer production, recycling creativity and innovation to decorate the Strata Green.

The Selangor State Strata Green Page Award Ceremony 2021 was officiated by YB. Puan Rodziah Binti Ismail, EXCO Housing, Urban Wellbeing and Entrepreneur Development Selangor State. Also present was Mohd Hafiz Bin Hassan, Chief Assistant Director of Development Planning Division, LPHS.
JMB Pangsapuri Seri Bakawali and JMB Pangsapuri Seri Semarak passed the evaluation screening that was conducted in November 2021. JMB Pangsapuri Seri Bakawali won First Place with a prize in the form of a check worth RM 8,000.00 and a certificate of appreciation. JMB Pangsapuri Semarak was in third place with a prize in the form of a check worth RM 4,000.00 and a certificate of appreciation.

Congratulations to JMB Pangsapuri Seri Bakawali and JMB Pangsapuri Seri Semarak who have given a high commitment in this Laman Hijau program. Hopefully the award received will be an example for JMB/MC under the supervision of the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council to continue to excel in the future.
