The Hulu Selangor District Council (MDHS) has successfully obtained a (2) Diamond Certification through the Voluntary Sustainable Energy Low Carbon Building Assessment Program (GreenPASS) by SEDA MALAYSIA in an initiative to reduce the carbon emission rate by 12.90 percent equivalent to 32.06 tonne CO2/year or 46,197.00 KWh/ year for the Hulu Selangor District Council Headquarters Building for the assessment year 2020 compared to the year 2019 which is (1) Diamond equivalent to 4.60%.
