The Hulu Selangor District Council (MDHS) held an official visit and a courtesy visit to the Car Assembly Center of Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn.Bhd (PERODUA) in Sungai Choh, Serendah.

This visit is the first official visit of the President, Tuan Mohd Hasry Bin Nor Mohd after taking the oath on 8 September 2021. Also participating with several MDHS Directors and Department Heads. The arrival of the MDHS delegation was welcomed by Yang Berbahagia Dato' Zainal Abidin Ahmad, President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PERODUA together with the top management of PERODUA.

During the visit, Mohd Hasry Bin Nor Mohd thanked PERODUA because in addition to developing a high-tech Installation Center, PERODUA also helped in upgrading the surrounding infrastructure such as upgrading the roads around Bandar Bukit Sentosa, providing connecting roads from Bandar Bukit Sentosa to Serendah which further facilitates the residents of Bukit Beruntung / Bukit Sentosa to Kuala Lumpur via the 'Rawang Bypass' and build the PERODUA Mosque for public use.
"MDHS also hopes to establish close cooperation with PERODUA in terms of technology exchange, innovation and training in the future to improve the quality of delivery by MDHS", he added.

At the same ceremony, PERODUA also handed over the donation of two PERODUA ARUZ to MDHS to be used in MDHS's daily tasks.
