It is to be informed that the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council will hold a lottery for the work procurement of SESSION 01/ 2022 on;-
DATE : 10/08/2022
DAY : WEDNESDAY
VENUE : DEWAN MERDEKA, KUALA KUBU BHARU
REGISTRATION : 8.30 AM – 10.30 AM ONLY
LOTTERY DRAW : STARTS 11.00 AM
The eligibility conditions to participate in voting are as follows;
a. Have the following ORIGINAL documents; (Brought with you during registration)
i) SSM license
ii) CIDB PKK & SPKK certificate (3 months before expiry) which is still valid.
b. Voting under the CIDB category is limited to GRADE G1 only.
c. Never received a job/service/supply offer in the current year (2022) from the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council.
d. Not having a current job during the implementation of the vote work session 10/08/2022
e. Each contractor/supplier is only allowed to register participation under one (1) category (Public/M&E/Building) of voting works only.
f. Contractors/suppliers who have been blacklisted by CIDB/MPHS are not allowed to participate in this vote.
