About the MS ISO 9001:2015 Internal Quality Audit which was carried out on 4 – 6 July 2022. The audit was carried out to check and evaluate the implementation of the work process based on compliance with the Quality Management Manual according to the standards that have been set.
The Audit Opening Session was chaired by the Deputy President of MPHS, YBrs. Mr. Awaluddin Zakaria. Also present, Mrs. Junainah Abdullah, MPHS Quality Coordinator, Mrs. Rabiatul Adawiyah Abd. Rahman, Head of Documentation, Mrs Ranjini a/p Dharmalingam, Risk Manager, Director - Department Director and Assistant Head of Department Documentation. The Internal Audit which was carried out for three days was led by Puan Norfilzah Maizam as Head of Internal Quality Audit and assisted by Mr. Hazman Haron, Assistant Head of Audit and the other audit team.
