BRIEFING SESSION WITH LANDSCAPE DEPARTMENT PANEL CONTRACTORS FOR THE YEAR 2023

A briefing session with the contractor was held with the aim of giving a clearer explanation about the procedure for filling in the tender/quotation form that has been purchased online. The contractor has also been briefed on the mandatory conditions that must be complied with if successfully appointed to be a panel contractor for pruning and felling of trees under the supervision of the MPHS Landscape Department.
This mandatory briefing session was delivered by the MPHS Landscape Department Director, LAr. Mohd. Fadhil Bin Mohd. Lani and Head of MPHS Procurement Division, Miss Norazimah Binti Mohd. Arshad.
The department hopes with the involvement of contractors present today to be more proactive and efficient in shouldering the responsibilities that have been given to them.
