MEETING WITH THE COMPLAINT IN RELATION TO HULU TAMU NATURAL THERAPY CENTER
A meeting with the complainant related to the Hulu Tamu Natural Therapy Center was held on 26 May 2023 at the Chilling Meeting Room. The meeting was chaired by LAr. Mohd Fadhil bin Mohd Lani, Director of the Landscape Department together with the complainant regarding complaints about premises that have not yet been opened. The purpose of this meeting is to provide feedback and explanations related to complaints and issues that have been raised by visitors regarding the closure of the Hulu Tamu Natural Therapy Center.
It was also discussed in relation to cooperation between strategic partners in an effort to help MPHS continue the opening of the Hulu Tamu Batang Kali Natural Therapy Center. Many views and positive feedback were given throughout the meeting.
The meeting was attended by 10 complainants and representatives of visitors to the Hulu Tamu Natural Therapy Center and Zone 11 Councilor (Batang Kali), Mrs. Kalai Wani a/p Muthusamy. The meeting adjourned at 11.45am.
