Among the 3 important mandates delivered specifically to civil servants are:
 1. M : MERIT
- Civil servants should be grateful for still having a job in the state of the country facing the COVID-19 epidemic.
- Be thankful by proving that we deserve (merit) to hold the position we hold.
- Able to carry out tasks as given trust and responsibility.
 2. P: PRAGMATIC
- Work based on the legal and regulatory framework.
- Take immediate action on decisions that have been taken and do not delay work until it takes months to complete.ÂÂ
- Use creativity in solving the problem, if not finished bring it to the MTES Meeting.
- The concept of public servants is like 5 fingers – working together, must play a role, otherwise there will be defects no matter the head of department, officer or support group.
3. H : HONESTY @ HONESTY
- Increase the credibility of civil servants to gain public trust in the government.ÂÂ
- Without HONESTY public service cannot be raised to a high level.
- All civil servants must maintain honesty because it is very important. It is not just with words but must be lived and implemented by all.
