Public Complaint Management System User Workshop attended by MPHS department complaint coordinators held at the Information Technology Division, Putrajaya Public Complaints Bureau on 23 to 24 May 2022. The two-day workshop also involved Complaint coordinators from the Kuala Municipal Council Selangor.
The Complaints Management System (SISPAA) is currently being upgraded with several improvements to facilitate users and customers.
