The Road Reserve Cleaning operation is being implemented under the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council's Urban Image Improvement Program involving the Mphs Landscape Department , the MPHS Urban Planning Department , the Enforcement Department, the Building Department, the Solid Waste Management and Public Cleaning Department, MPHS and the Engineering Department. Also participating in this operation, MPHS Council Member, Mr. Murali a/l Samee and Mr. Cinniah a/l Subramaniam.
The PDRM is also involved in monitoring the situation of this operation. Cleaning involves plants and building structures that are not allowed to be on the road reserve.
