MPHS together with PDRM, Selangor Water Management Board (LUAS), Irrigation and Drainage Department (JPS) and Selangor District/Hulu Land Office have carried out a concerted operation on fish breeding ponds without permission at Fai Hoe Fish Farm Sdn. Bhd. on January 13, 2022.
MPHS through the Planning Department has issued a Warning Notice Calling to Submit Planning Permission (14 days). While the Building Department has issued 4 compound offers under Sec 70 (1) Act 133, a warning notice (building a building structure without permission. 2 compound offers have also been issued under the Trade Bylaws through the Enforcement Department as well as compound offers under Sec 70(1) Act 133, carrying out earthworks without permission from the Engineering Department.
