The Enforcement Department of the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council (MPHS) is organizing a Management Strengthening Course for the MPHS Enforcement Department at the Premiera Kuala Lumpur Hotel on 15 to 16 October 2022.
A total of fifty-five (55) enforcement officers attended the course. Among the contents of the course are explanations related to the MPHS Quality program, Improvement of the Compound Management System, Enforcement Service Standing Orders to carry out enforcement tasks and understand enforcement procedures as well as the department's Annual Work Target (SKT) for the year 2022.
An explanation of the MPHS Quality Program was presented by the Head of the Corporate Division, Mrs. Junainah Abdullah. He informed that quality programs are not only tied to the field of enforcement and legislation but can help the department to provide an effective impact especially in compliance with MS ISO 9001:2015 Procedures and 5S practices in the Enforcement Department.
For the improvement of the compound management system, supplier representatives and consultants from Elix Solution Sdn. Bhd. ie Encik Ahmad Muhsin bin Mubarak has given explanations regarding ways to overcome the problems encountered when issuing compound or notices while in the field. This aims to improve the effectiveness of the use of the Integrated Enforcement System (SPKB).
Senior Deputy Director, DBKL Enforcement Department, Tuan Mohd Zulhainan bin Hj. Mohd Isa was also invited to deliver a briefing and share knowledge on the Enforcement Service's Standing Instruction Procedures to carry out enforcement tasks and understand the enforcement order in accordance with the Rules of Kuala Lumpur City Hall Enforcement Officers (Conduct and Discipline) 1992.
At the end of the course, an information session on the Department's Annual Work Target 2022 was delivered by the Director of the Enforcement Department, Muhammad Azrul Nizam Mohd Azizi. In the session, he hoped that all officers and members would always maintain the department's discipline and image by complying with the instructions and rules of the top management in carrying out their daily duties.
