YDP Media Statement Attending MDHS Women's Day Celebration 2021.
The celebration of Women's Day this year was celebrated in a simple manner due to the fact that our country is still facing the threat of Covid-19. But that still does not affect the response to appreciate the role of women.
At the Hulu Selangor District Council, MDHS branch ANULAE organized a Women's Day celebration as a sign of appreciation for female staff at MDHS. The simple ceremony held in accordance with the new norms and complying with this SOP was completed by Tuan Dr. Mohd Azhar bin Mohammed Ali, Chairman of MDHS together with Tuan Awaluddin bin Zakaria, Secretary of MDHS. Also MDHS department directors and staff members.
With the theme of "Women Rising Against Challenges", this celebration is expected to inspire the women at MDHS who have been the backbone and contributors to the excellence of MDHS so that MDHS is not only known at the State or National level but also at the International level. In addition, this celebration can also increase community awareness about women's ability in family formation, unity and community development.
Mr. Dr. Mohd Azhar also hopes that the female staff at MDHS can play an equally important role as the men to ensure that MDHS can continue to provide the best municipal services to the people in Hulu Selangor. Accordingly, he called for female staff to constantly improve themselves by improving their knowledge and skills.
ANULAE The MDHS branch this year also provides souvenirs to all female employees of MDHS in conjunction with the Women's Day Celebration.
